Parishkrit Shrestha
( Managing Director )
Currently working as the Managing Director at Top of Mind Pvt. Ltd., he has worked in FHI 360/GGMS as a Behavior Change Communication Manager. He has been working with advertising agencies, NGOs and international NGOs in the field of behavior change communication (BCC), and program management department for Family Planning and Maternal Child Health.
In addition to this, he has also been working as a consultant for writing proposals, market research, developing communication and media strategy, managing events, and coordination activities. He also has had vast experience in developing Information Education Communication materials for both development and commercial sectors. He is responsible for the overall management of the development of the IEC materials and the focal person to communicate with clients and consultants. He holds a PGD in Event Management from NIEM, Mumbai, India and EMBA in Marketing from KUSOM, Nepal.
Dr. Subash Rijal
( Research Director / Advisor )
Dr. Subas Risal has a PhD. in Development Studies from University of Queensland, School of Social Work and Human Services, Brisbane, Australia. He completed his Master of Social Work degree at the Washington University in St. Louis, USA and has Master’s degree in Sociology from the Tribhuvan University, Nepal. Dr. Risal has over 12 years of research and teaching experiences in the USA, Australia and Nepal in various areas that include social welfare policies, inclusion, poverty, international development and social protection.
Through these experiences, he has gained deep insights into approaches to understand various dimensions of poverty, inclusion and development. Dr. Risal has been involved in research projects mostly as a team leader. Additionally, he has teaching experiences in Australia (University of Queensland) and Nepal (Tribhuvan University) in areas such as research methodologies, international development, social and economic policies and monitoring and evaluation.
Dr. Lakshmi Narayan Thakur
( Public Health Communication Advisor )
Dr. Thakur has been working with and alongside the Government of Nepal, USAID funded projects, World Bank, UN agencies and other international organizations; He holds more than 25 years of experience of public health planning, and health service delivery, with particular focus on reproductive health and HIV.
He has practical skills experience of working alongside government and development partners to develop health strategies and plans and provide coordinating and technical inputs to country level program activities in the area of FP/MCH, HIV, health communication, nonprofit organization management, service procurement, program development, policy and program research. He holds a M.Sc. in Population & Family Planning Research, Mahidol University, Bangkok, Thailand, 1990 and M.B.B.S., Nil Ratan Sircar Medical College, Calcutta University, Calcutta, India, 1983.
Era Shrestha
( Production Director / Content Writing )
With a Master’s degree in English Literature from Tribhuvan University, Era Shrestha is currently working as a freelance audio and video maker for international news channels. She has also worked as a local producer for international channels including Al Jazeera, Channel News Asia and the BBC. Earlier, she worked for the Kathmandu-based English daily The Himalayan Times and the Boss magazine, a business monthly.
She has good technical knowledge on video and radio editing and proficient in FinalCut Pro and CoolEdit Pro. She was involved in several news stories for Al Jazeera and Channel News Asia and documentaries for the BBC—two of them which stand out are Women on the Frontline, which was about human trafficking, especially women, and Stacey Dooley Investigates, which was about child labor in Nepal. She will be responsible for the content extraction, translation from Nepali to English and vice versa from the available and adaptation of relevant IEC materials.
Sovit Baniya
( Art Direction and Illustration )
One of the finest artists of Nepal with a Master in Fine Arts. He has served many organizations, advertising agencies, NGO and INGOs for developing communication materials for the last 15 years. His expertise is in making life-like sketches for making communication materials more realistic and relevant. Let’s keep his introduction small because his sketch will speak more from him (attached in Our Work) He will be responsible for the making illustration for development of IEC Materials.
Saroj Shrestha
( Creative Director / Client Service )
Currently working as creative director at Top of Mind Pvt Ltd. He has been working in the field of advertising and designing for the past 15 years. He served more than 100 brands ( national and international) for developing the communication materials. Recently has served international INGOs – FHI 360, SNV, Oxfam, ActionAid and Helvetas for developing the IEC materials. He is leading and managing the layout and design team for the development of the Brands, Events and IEC Materials.
Dipendra Shrestha
( Graphic Head )
Currently working as Graphic Head at Top of Mind Pvt Ltd. He has been working in the field of advertising and designing for the past 10 years. He served more than 50 brands (national and international) for developing the communication materials. Recently has served international INGOs – FHI 360, SNV, Oxfam, ActionAid and Helvetas for developing the IEC materials. He will leading and managing the layout and design team for the development of the different brands, events and IEC Materials
Ashma Rai
( Design Coordinator )
She holds the double Bachelor’s Degree, one in English and other in Fine Arts. She has many years of a decade teaching experience at School and is about to complete the Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from TU, Nepal. She manages clients and their design needs.
Stuti Regmi
( Finance Director )
Currently working as Finance and Legal Director at Top of Mind Pvt Ltd. She has Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA), from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), UK, June 2005 to June 2010 and Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA), from Kathmandu University School of Management, Kathmandu, Nepal , February 2013 to November 2016. Listed in Dean’s List for the sixth term. Currently she is doing Bachelors in Law (LLB), Nepal Open University, (Ongoing). Worked as Senior Financial Management Specialist, International Center for Environment Management, Vietnam, retained by ‘Asian Development Bank’ (ADB), January 2016 to March 2017 . AS a Finance & Project Compliance Officer, she has worked in Action Aid International Nepal, August 2011 to December 2015.
Rachhita Dhungel

Project Manager for video documentation/ documentary making on Integrated Renewable Energy Project of Winrock International. She also worked as a coordinator for the radio campaign of Antenna Foundation Nepal. Worked as a coordinator/documentation officer for Communication for Development (C4D) program for earthquake response UNICEF. Worked as a documentation officer for a communication campaign launched by PSI Nepal. She also has experience on proposal writing and report writing.
Umesh Man Karmacharya

He holds two wheelers driving license for field visit. He is a computer literate and worked for many organizations for the betterment of people in Nepal. His experience in working with companies in Dubai is value addition for coordinating activities.
